This $2 million tenant improvement involved the conversion of 18,000 square feet of leased office space for the City of Eugene Municipal Court. The job required collaboration between the building owner, tenant and contractor. The building owner hired the architect, while the tenant hired the structural engineer. We brought mechanical and electrical subcontractors on board and were charged with coordinating the project among these various parties. The project was launched with an aggressive four-month timeline and we completed it on June 5, 2012.
