OCCU - Eugene Coburg Road Branch

OCCU – Eugene Coburg Road Branch

Remodel

McKenzie Commercial completed this major renovation/remodel on one of OCCU’s busiest branches while keeping the drive-up open for operation. Also, any work that would affect member experience was scheduled beforehand so communications could be sent out to inform members of possible delays or service impacts.
There was a need to provide access to the safe deposit boxes during construction. Members would make an appointment to view their boxes and we would ensure a safe and clear path through the work area.

When members walk in to the revitalized space, they can expect to be greeted by qualified team members ready to assist with a full range of services. The teller row was relocated and we added upgraded features and finishes to match OCCU’s layout and branding, which is consistent throughout all the branches.

New interactive teller machines (ITM) allow the customer to connect with an OCCU team member by video. This new experience is secure and expands the service options allowing for multiple in-branch transactions to be done without having to leave your car.

OCCU has new branch locations in Junction City, Keizer, Salem, Redmond and Wilsonville, which were all completed by McKenzie Commercial.
