McKenzie Commercial has overseen the majority of all interior remodels, renovations and tenant infills for the Citizens Building since 1987. With our 35-year long history working on countless projects of various size and scope, we have become highly adapted to the intricacies and building specific requirements that come with working in this building. Recently, a remodel was completed to the lobby entrance, while also completing a $1 million, 4,000-square-foot renovation for Charles Schwab on the first floor. In addition, we have completed a remodel for Moss Adams featuring updated reception area, conference room, workspaces and common area. Other satisfied clients include Wells Fargo Advisors, USI Insurance Services, Department of Justice, Bank of the Pacific and Morgan Stanley.
