Toby

Toby DeMasters

PROJECT MANAGER, ESTIMATOR

Toby joined the McKenzie Commercial team as a superintendent in 2012. In construction since 1990, Toby brings his diverse and well-rounded experience to all types of construction projects. Every project is unique, which has taught him how to be a creative problem solver and adapt to any unforeseen changes. As an accomplished carpenter and superintendent, he’s developed a passion for exceptional quality, ethical standards and relationship building. A people person, Toby finds it easy to connect with just about anyone. He takes pride in McKenzie Commercial’s willingness to take on challenges and our ability to do the job right, even in situations in which we’re called on to take over for other companies that have fallen short. In his free time, Toby enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, working on home improvement projects and enjoying his annual trip to Yosemite National Park.

Rico

Rico Ramos

Rico supports McKenzie by ensuring all projects are properly and appropriately staffed. He has a keen eye for workplace hazards and aids our safety committee in enhancing our safety programs on each site. Jennifer

Jennifer Thomas

PROJECT MANAGER, ESTIMATOR

Jennifer has been with McKenzie Commercial for over 15 years. She started out part time in the accounting department and has worn many hats over the years, from accounting to marketing to project manager. She likes to say that McKenzie Commercial is the last stop on the line as most people who come to work here never leave. Construction also runs in her own family. Her grandfather started businesses in steel fabrication, catch basin and stormwater protection systems. She was born and raised in Eugene, earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon and lived for a time in Colorado and California. She has two children, a daughter currently at Oregon State University studying to be a Physicians Assistant and a son attending Linfield University to play football and study to be a Physical Therapist. She enjoys everything outdoors in the summertime: hikes, river floats, walks around the river, visiting wineries and having dinner outside with friends and family.
