SELCO - West Bend Branch

SELCO Community Credit Union – West Bend Branch

Building Remodel

This new location marks SELCO’s third branch in Bend and its fifth in Central Oregon.

The concept for the West Bend branch was a departure from SELCO’s standard model. There are no teller rows at this location. Instead, members are greeted by a SELCO team member at a concierge-style customer service counter to assist with the member’s needs.

To accommodate the changing banking habits of its clientele, and the increase of online and mobile banking, this new concept design will make it easier for members to access the services they want. This branch features a 24/7 indoor ATM, interior video wall of nine 55-inch digital screens, and a community information video screen highlighting local events and SELCO promotions.

This branch was designed to have the look and feel of a Northwest mountain lodge with its lounge and waiting area, complete with a fireplace, rock masonry and wooden beams.

SELCO COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION

“McKenzie Commercial Contractors has been a longtime trusted partner for nearly all of our facility projects, from renovations to new construction. They were at our side throughout the process, from the inception of an idea through successful completion. Their team was involved in far more than just the construction itself. They contributed countless hours of collaborative discussion, discovered unique solutions to perplexing problems, and with the neighboring businesses they represented our credit union well. Upon completion, McKenzie Commercial once again delivered to us quality and excellence.”

– Lisa McCourt, Director of Facilities, SELCO Community Credit Union
