13th Avenue and Kincaid Street, Eugene, OR
We undertook a remodel of 1,623 square feet of unoccupied office space, adding eight new faculty offices for the Geography Department at the University of Oregon. The final result was a light, bright, clean and airy workspace. The reception area was relocated closer to the entry, better utilizing the central office space. Several pieces of artwork were also incorporated, including a laser-cut historical map of Oregon mounted onto an interior door and three glass panels that feature Oregon’s topography. This $168,000 job took about six weeks and wrapped up on September 23, 2011.
