Cost Plus World Market

Conversion of a former Honey Baked Ham Restaurant, former retail clothing store, and miscellaneous spaces, to a new 18,000 SF flagship store for Cost Plus/World Market. The work included top-to-bottom demolition, structural revisions to bearing elements, and a new roof structure. Extensive mechanical and electrical work was required due to separate systems for the original spaces being combined into one for the new store. The structure was also the site of a former water slide, and required technical demolition in removing the structure without causing damage to surrounding buildings.
