Jim Chaney, the founder of McKenzie Commercial, opened the doors for business in 1983. His focus was providing good service to his customers and good jobs for his employees. As a result, McKenzie Commercial has grown from small beginnings to one of the largest and most reputable general contractors in the Southern Willamette Valley. Key to this growth has been the long term employees, many of whom have been with the company almost from the beginning. Starting in 2006 company ownership transferred to a long-time employee, Todd Glenz.
